Project Overview

The Egis Office project in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is a fully integrated design and build project with a total area of 440 sqm. The scope of work included executive design, construction works, interior finishing, and complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.

The project was developed to create a modern and professional workspace that reflects the global identity of Egis. The design emphasizes functionality, efficiency, and high-quality standards, combining private offices and meeting areas with well-planned open spaces. Premium finishes and carefully selected materials were utilized to deliver a refined corporate environment aligned with international standards.
